We are looking for a Technical (Rider) to join our team.

This role involves product inspection, customer communication, price negotiation and selected field duties. This is not a full-time field rider position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product inspections according to the provided checklist and procedures.
• Explain the actual condition of products to customers accurately and transparently.
• Handle price negotiations and communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform selected field duties as required.
• Attend field assignments approximately 1–2 days per week within a 5-day working week.
• Ensure compliance with road safety requirements and maintain a valid motorcycle licence.

Requirements

• Own motorcycle with a valid motorcycle licence.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Good integrity and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented and attentive to accuracy.
• Flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic working environment.
• Good negotiation and customer service skills.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: RM1,700
Monthly Incentive: Up to RM600 (performance-based)
OT & Mileage Claims: If applicable
Contract: 6 months, with possibility of conversion to permanent employment.
