This is an exciting role based in East Malaysia (Sabah or Sarawak). Our Client is a Global Brand that continues to expand its business into East Malaysia.

As at Real Estate Specialist, your job includes:

• Identify and evaluate new sites for store expansion.
• Recommend and present to management for approval
• Undertake market research, market planning on traffic patterns, target markets and customers in each location to select the most strategic area for each store
• Manage the planning from assets to facilities and maintenance for the project
• Develop the forecast for new stores

Key requirements:

• Relevant experience in real estate management
• Strong ability in forecast and business planning
• Able to negotiate retail leasing and understand local property laws
• Must be local resident in Sabah or Sarawak
