Responsibilities

• Participating on the design and execution of the company’s cloud, email and web hosting infrastructure and solution development including third party vendors’ solution, e.g. Google GCP, Amazon and Aliyun etc.

• Setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting on the cloud infrastructure, and ensuring high level of system availability, adequacy of security control

• Deploying and testing new systems and services for clients

• Liaising with vendor and frontline staff and providing quality services to the clients

• Performing technology solution study and development to enhance system support ability, manageability and efficiency

Requirements

• Degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent discipline

• 3 years of relevant experience in system administration and technical support

• Hands on experience on LAMP environment

• Knowledge of Web server, Email server, FTP server or DNS is preferred

• Related working experience in ISP or IT support is beneficial

• Candidate with presales / management experience is an advantage

• Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Systems Engineer
