Job Summary:

The Process Engineer is responsible for establishing production process and performing evaluation and analysis of the product, providing engineering support to production in their manufacturing operations. This includes yield improvement and process start-up.

Duties And Responsibilities:

1. Monitor equipment maintenance and performance

2. Monitor the machine up run (uptime) and machine conversion

3. Support for validation / Engineering build if required

4. Ensure documentations update (Document Control) / audit preparation

5. Manpower support arrangement accordingly to production schedule

6. Provid Technical support/UPH/Line Balancing

7. meeting/provide report Entertain any quality issue( Internal / External), RMA Vendor, minute

8 . Daily yield monitoring and to find actual root cause of abnormal yield

9. Report to Engineering Manger on yield status

10. Ensure the process run is accordingly to quality plan

11. Ensure operators' namelist are always published in production line

12. To coordinate with line leaders to ensure no frequency of changing operator in critical processes

13. To ensure spare parts are in-placed whenever needed

14. Monitor the inventory and liaise with technicians to reduce the rework inventory on time

15. Ensure technician failure analysis report is available whenever is required and correct analysis is done on reject units

16. Lead a team of technicians performing routine maintenance work

17. Work with vendors to ensure quality standards are met

18. Allocate different technicians for maintenance of different equipment

19. Do presentations to the management on reject improvement and on modification

20. Plan and establish control needed to meet department KPI

21. To work on technology enhancement for process improvement

22. Understanding of cybersecurity principles and methodologies.

22. Make establishedment for machine process (if any) that require by Cyber Security. Validate and verify by Auditor for declared machine stated.

23. Participate in the internal and external audits of the ISMS to ensure meeting requirement under ISO27001.

24. Follow information security policies, procedures, and guidelines as established by the organization.

25. Support EMS compliance and environmental improvement initiatives within the Engineering Department according with ISO 14001 requirements.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
