Job Scope:

- Lead and manage the MIS department covering IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, digitalization, and daily IT operations

- Plan, maintain, and secure company IT infrastructure (servers, network, hosting, email) including disaster-recovery readiness

- Manage cybersecurity (firewall, antivirus, access control, patching) and handle security audits/findings

- Manage user accounts and access rights

- Oversee digitalization (DX) projects and guide the IT team

- Manage IT asset inventory, licensing, and purchase recommendations

- Coordinate with Head of Department, top management, Headquarters, and user departments on IT matters

- Ensure business continuity through backups and disaster-recovery planning

- Supervise and guide MIS team members

- Liaise with vendors and suppliers on technical matters

Requirements:

- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Able to work independently and coordinate with HQ/regional stakeholders

Pay: From RM2,100.00 per month
