Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the financial functions including financial review, statutory reporting, budgetary control & recommendations to the management
Prepare various business reports, variance analysis, FP&A with strong business acumen for review with department heads in a timely and effective manner
Proactively engage with operation and business holders to drive business performance to achieve company’s financial goals
Actively support business expansion by providing support for legal and contract review, compliance of foreign entities, collaboration with company stakeholders
Closely coordinate with auditors/tax consultants to ensure annual audit process and compliance are properly managed at both group & subsidiary level
Efficiently manage accounting team to fulfil daily responsibilities, including but not limited to AP/AR/Cashflow/Tax, with sufficient guidance provided when required
Participate project and tasks assigned to support business rapid growth through feasibility study, project financials & continuous improvement objectives

Job Requirements:
University degrees in Accounting or related disciplines, with professional accounting qualifications
Proven track record of minimum 7 years in financial managerial roles, preferably in eCommerce/Trading/FMCG
Competencies in both statutory accounting and FP&A
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid and practical knowledge of ERP in finance module
Strong attention to details, good in numerical ability & logical-thinking
Highly professional and honest, autonomy with self-initiatives to build long term career development
