EDUCATION BACKGROUND :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics.

- Support KPI/OKR digitalisation and end-to-end KPI cycle, including KPI-to-reward linkage structure and advisory support.

- Improve data quality at raw-data level by enhancing ERP reports/fields/process capture; support system logic design and data supply to fulfill operational requirements when ERP lacks capability.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics (Power BI/Tableau/Excel) to enable real-time decision making and recurring performance reviews across departments and business units.

- Support strategy formation and implementation tracking at company, BU, and department levels through analysis, monitoring, and performance storytelling.

- Support business analytics for BD and M&A initiatives, including target performance analysis, synergy logic, and post-deal KPI tracking.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
