This position supports educators, onsite and/or remotely, and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, in making the IBEN network perform efficiently. The jobholder contributes to recruitment and training of IB Educators to support all services delivered to schools across all four IB programmes globally. All recruited IB Educators must have appropriate qualifications, experience and capabilities; being provided with appropriate training and upskilling to deliver the roles to which they have been appointed. Through this the jobholder plays a part in supporting the delivery of the IB mission.
The job holder protects the integrity of the IB through ensuring that all IB Educators data systems is managed effectively and that the IB complies with all relevant regulations and laws.
