We are looking for a Senior Architectural Executive/ Architect to be a key part of our team, who will be responsible for implementing our projects on site.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about both architecture and interior design, have a strong portfolio in high-end residential projects and hotels at both design and construction stage, and is able to build a rapport with Clients, Consultants and Contractors.

Job Title: Senior Architectural Executive/Architect

Responsibilities

·       Oversee the design and construction process and ensure that project is on schedule and design intent is implemented

·       Prepare design drawings, tender drawings, specifications, contract drawings and working drawings for coordination with Clients, Consultants and Contractors

·       Ensure code compliance and monitor submission timeline

·       Manage a remote drafting team

·       Build rapport with Clients, Contractors and Consultants

·       Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines

·       Conduct site meetings, site walks for projects under construction

·       Assist Principal Architect with contract administration

Qualifications and Skills

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in Singapore

·       Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

·       Experience in high-end residential houses, subdivision of landed houses and hospitality projects

·       Experienced in contract administration and Singapore building codes and regulations

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with a team

·       Proficient with architectural detailing and delight in crafting beautiful spaces

·       Strong oral and written communication skills

·       Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, VRay / Enscape

·       Experience with BIM would be a bonus

·       QP would be a bonus
