Job Summary

This role establishes links with employers to provide professional recruitment services to clients. It also requires establishing and maintaining close working relationships with employers, career coaches, Ingeus clients and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strong relationships with employers to secure job vacancies and placement opportunities
• Design and implement a structured sales and outreach plan to expand employer accounts and increase job opportunities for clients
• Consistently meet or exceed job placement and employer engagement targets through effective vacancy servicing
• Engage in networking activities to acquire new employer partnerships and broaden the recruitment network
• Prepare and submit high-quality, formatted resumes to employers to improve interview conversion rates
• Plan, tailor, and deliver employer engagement and recruitment events to support hiring needs
• Collaborate with Career Coaches to match clients to suitable job opportunities, ensuring quality referrals aligned with employer requirements
• Accurately record and update all employer interactions in Ingeus’ internal management system for effective tracking
• Organize and execute recruitment drives and events to fulfill employers’ hiring demands

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma qualification minimum
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience, including at least 1-2 years in sales or recruitment roles
• Strong presentation, communication, and written skills demonstrated in professional settings
• Proven teamwork, problem-solving, and negotiation skills applied in collaborative environments
