• Able to lead, train, and coach team members to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

• Manage and handle daily production purchasing, inventory, stock control, and work schedules.

• Willing to learn and participate in the entire production process, from the initial stage to the completion and finishing of the products.

• Perform cleaning, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance of production machines and equipment.

• Responsible for the overall manufacturing process, including purchasing, material withdrawal, material issuance, production, and final handover to the warehouse.

• Create, maintain, and update the SAP system and ensure that production records are accurately maintained.

• Update, record, and maintain ISO-related documentation and records.

• Responsible for supporting internal and external audit processes and ensuring that the required documentation is properly prepared and maintained.

• Cooperate with different departments to ensure that production activities are carried out according to the scheduled production plan.

• Perform other tasks and assignments as assigned by the Superior or Management.

Requirements:

• Secondary education or equivalent.

• Able to work in a cleanroom environment and wear the required cleanroom jumpsuit.

• Knowledge of GMP requirements and cleanroom operations will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work overtime when required and willing to work rotating shifts.

• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
