Description:
The role is responsible for supporting pricing governance, commercial analysis, process improvement and operational readiness within Airside Concessions. The incumbent will oversee pricing compliance across key retail tenants, develop data-driven insights for management and stakeholder discussions, support automation initiatives to improve monitoring efficiency, and contribute to business continuity, sustainability, risk governance and cross-divisional projects.
Key Responsibilities include:
Pricing Governance & Compliance – Lead pricing checks, monitor tenant compliance, assess non-compliance and support pricing policy reviews and exemptions.
Commercial Reporting & Insights – Consolidate pricing trends, maintain management decks and reports, evaluate pricing experiments, and support overseas price comparisons and decision-making.
Pricing Automation & Process Improvement – Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, validate automated data outputs, troubleshoot issues, and improve workflows for scalable monitoring.
Business Continuity, Sustainability & Operational Readiness – Maintain tenant/vendor contact resources, support BCP and sustainability initiatives, and contribute to exercises, training and operational preparedness.
Requirements
A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations, Engineering or a related discipline with 6 to 8 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
The role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and the ability to translate complex operational and pricing data into clear, actionable recommendations.
The candidate should possess strong Excel, PowerPoint, communication, stakeholder management and project-management skills.
