Job Description:

• Prepare material and film forecasts based on customer requirements and production demand.
• Plan and monitor raw material requirements, inventory levels and stock movements.
• Ensure warehouse material readiness and availability for production.
• Handle purchasing activities, including quotation, PO issuance and delivery follow-up.
• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers on pricing, availability and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, QA and Accounts on material planning, purchasing and new material development.
• Maintain proper documentation and support internal/external audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Manufacturing or related field.
• Experience in material planning, purchasing, inventory or supply chain is an advantage.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills with suppliers and internal departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; manufacturing experience is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
