Position Title: Part-Time Accounts Executive
Working Location: Pandan Loop
Working Hours: 3 days per week (9.00am – 6.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $1,800
Duration: Permanent Role



Key Responsibilities

Manage AP/AR: process invoices, payments, billing, and collections.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash records.
Handle payroll: prepare payslips and update payroll records.
Prepare tax schedules and support timely, accurate filings.
Liaise with auditors and banks; compile required documents.
Maintain organized filing and accounting documentation.
Support month-end close and full set of accounts reporting.
Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

Professional Certificate/NITEC in Finance, Accountancy, Bookkeeping, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Experience with MYOB and GST filing.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Able to commit to two to three full days of on-site work each week.
