Responsibilities

Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the retail team, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance management
Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
Ensuring that store operations, inventory, and merchandising standards are maintained to the highest level
Identifying and implementing strategies to improve store efficiency, sales, and customer satisfaction
Collaborating with the store management team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive customer engagement and increase revenue

Requirements:

Minimum GCE O level with 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide exceptional customer experiences
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
Proficient in inventory management, merchandising, and store operations
Ability to work long hours, including public holidays and weekends, to meet the needs of the business
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and make informed decisions
Enthusiastic about the retail industry and the company's products and services
