Job Summary

Lead manufacturing operations, people, resources and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage operational teams to achieve safety, quality, productivity, delivery and cost targets.

Plan manpower, resources, budgets and operational priorities to meet business requirements.

Manage departmental budgets and drive effective cost control.

Oversee recruitment, training, performance reviews and development of team members.

Identify and resolve operational and technical issues to minimize production disruptions.

Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, Visual Management and Standardized Work.

Monitor production performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and capacity.

Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and other departments to achieve operational objectives.

Utilize ERP/SAP, Excel and reporting tools to monitor operational performance and support decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing or related discipline.

Experience in

valve manufacturing, valve repair or related industrial operations

.

Strong experience in manufacturing or production operations management.

Proven experience leading and developing operational teams.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement practices.

Experience in budgeting, cost control and resource planning.

Familiarity with ERP/SAP and MRP systems.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau will be an advantage.
