We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong graphic design skills who can develop ideas from concept to final production.

You will work on a variety of creative projects across branding, retail displays, events, digital content, social media, print and video, bringing creative concepts to life while ensuring high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts, visual directions and design ideas based on client briefs.

Create engaging and visually appealing artwork for print, digital, social media, events and retail environments.

Develop key visuals, campaign materials, presentation decks, POSM, banners, brochures and other marketing collaterals.

Create basic video, motion graphics and animated content for digital and social media platforms.

Adapt and resize artwork across different formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.

Prepare artwork for production and ensure files meet printing and fabrication specifications.

Work closely with the creative, account and production teams to deliver projects within timelines and budgets.

Understand production requirements and provide practical design solutions for different materials, finishes and applications.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas and visual solutions.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media, Creative Design or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a creative agency, media, advertising, events or production environment.

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concept development and graphic design skills.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Experience with video editing and basic motion graphics is an advantage.

Familiarity with Figma, Canva and AI-powered creative tools is a plus.

Good understanding of print production, materials, fabrication and artwork preparation.

Able to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.

Strong attention to detail with good visual and creative sense.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
