1. Customer Service / Procurement Coordinator

(Singapore Citizens & Permanent Residents only)

Right Industrial Systems Engineering Pte Ltd (RISE)
We design and build specialised wet-process equipment for semiconductor customers. We are a small, high-potential company with a clear growth path and an aging technical team that we are deliberately refreshing with younger, high-integrity talent.

The Role
Own the customer interface and light procurement coordination. You will be the reliable link between customers, engineering and the workshop — ensuring orders move cleanly from confirmation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer communication, order tracking and documentation
• Coordinate delivery schedules and progress updates
• Support procurement of materials and components (PO creation, vendor follow-up)
• Maintain accurate records and escalate issues early
• Work closely with engineering and workshop to resolve day-to-day issues

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only
• Preferably under 40 years old
• Organised, calm under pressure, and precise with details
• Strong integrity — we value people who tell the truth even when it is inconvenient
• Genuine hunger to learn and improve processes
• Previous experience in customer service, order coordination or procurement in manufacturing, precision engineering or semiconductor equipment is a strong plus
