Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Business Executive to manage and support the implementation of hospitality ERP solutions for our customers. The role involves understanding customer requirements, configuring solutions, coordinating implementation activities, supporting UAT and go-live, and providing advanced application support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of hospitality ERP solutions, including PMS, POS, Inventory and Finance modules.

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into suitable system solutions.

• Configure ERP features, workflows and integrations based on business requirements.

• Coordinate data migration, validation, UAT and go-live activities.

• Identify and resolve critical functional, configuration and data-related issues.

• Provide advanced application support and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.

• Work closely with Product and Development teams on product fixes and enhancements.

• Conduct customer training, workshops and solution walkthroughs.

• Maintain implementation documents, SOPs and knowledge-base materials.

• Mentor and guide junior team members.

• Ensure smooth handover of completed implementations to the Support and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in ERP implementation, business operations, application support or a related field.

• Experience with hospitality ERP solutions is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Knowledge of requirements gathering, system configuration, UAT and implementation processes.

• Experience in data migration, testing and go-live activities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

• Strong documentation and presentation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with customers, Product, Development and Support teams.

• Willingness to mentor and guide junior team members.
