Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of a beauty and fashion outlet, lead live-stream sales to boost brand engagement, and manage staff to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and operational standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily beauty and fashion outlet operations to ensure smooth service delivery and optimize store performance.
Plan, host, and conduct live-stream sales sessions on social media and e-commerce platforms to increase product sales and enhance brand engagement.
Manage, coach, and motivate sales and beauty staff to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
Execute inventory management tasks including procurement, stock-taking, and product display setup for beauty and fashion products.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve feedback to maintain high standards of customer relationship management (CRM).
Conduct regular inspections to uphold outlet hygiene, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations.
Prepare duty rosters, daily sales reports, stock management records, and other operational documentation accurately and timely.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in the beauty, wellness, or fashion retail industry; supervisory experience is highly preferred.
Proven skills or strong proficiency in live-stream selling, camera presentation, and social media product promotion.
Practical skills or basic knowledge in garment alteration and fitting will be an advantage
Strong leadership, public speaking, and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
Effective time-management and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
