Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and thought leadership for networking technologies across enterprise and data center environments.
• Conduct in-depth discovery meetings and workshops to gather customer technical and business requirements.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and whiteboard sessions to highlight the value and capabilities of proposed networking solutions.
• Develop end-to-end network solution architectures covering LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, network security, and data center networking.
• Assist sales account managers in account planning and opportunity qualification from a technical standpoint.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with accurate, complete, and persuasive technical documentation.
• Collaborate with professional services teams to validate solution feasibility and assist in developing SOWs and implementation plans.
• Act as a bridge between sales, vendors, and technical teams to ensure alignment on proposed solutions and implementation expectations.
• Participate in post-sales handover and knowledge transfer to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and certifications on networking vendors and technologies.
• Attend vendor briefings and training sessions to stay informed on the latest products, trends, and best practices.

Job Knowledge/Skills:

• Strong understanding of enterprise network architecture and protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP, etc.)
• Familiar with routing, switching, firewall, VPN, wireless, and SD-WAN technologies
• Hands-on experience with network equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, HPE Aruba, Palo Alto, and Huawei
• Capable of designing hybrid network environments, including on-premise and cloud integrations
• Knowledge of network monitoring and management tools
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
• Able to manage multiple opportunities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Technologies & Tools:

• Routing/Switching: Cisco Catalyst, Cisco Nexus, Juniper EX/QFX
• Security: Cisco ASA, Fortinet FortiGate, Palo Alto NGFW
• SD-WAN: Cisco Viptela, Meraki, Fortinet SD-WAN
• Wireless: HPE Aruba, Cisco Meraki Wireless
• Network Monitoring: SolarWinds, PRTG, Cisco DNA Center

Education and Experience:

• Certified in relevant technologies (e.g., HCIA, HCIP, HCIE,CCNP, CCNA, Fortinet NSE4/5, JNCIA/JNCIS, PCNSE)
• Three or more years of experience in network engineering or pre-sales support
• Proven experience in designing or implementing complex networking solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred; diploma with relevant experience accepted
