Salary: RM 6,000 – RM 8,000, depending on experience

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage medium to large-scale technology and transformation projects in an enterprise environment. The role will be responsible for project planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk management, governance, and successful project delivery.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
6–10 years of experience in Project Management.
Experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise technology is preferred.
Proven experience managing medium to large-scale technology or transformation projects.
Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery methodologies.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
Strong planning, coordination, and project execution skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong experience in risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Preferred Certifications
PMP
PRINCE2
Agile / Scrum certification
SAFe certification is an advantage.
