Responsibilities

• Manage islandwide delivery (i.e. within Singapore) and plan delivery schedule
• Manage a team of delivery drivers and ensure effective communication among the team
• Co-ordinate between Sales Department and Warehouse Department on goods delivery and follow-up
• Liaise with customers via email or phone regarding delivery/ collection arrangement and other relevant requirement (such as address confirmation, clearance and etc)
• Resolve any delivery issues or urgent cases as needed
• Ensure all delivery information are accurate and delivery are timely
• Explore new opportunities of third party logistics for effective delivery management
• Manage various vehicle maintenance schedule and vehicle management in compliant with regulations
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Well-versed in Singapore map and routes
• Minimum Diploma in Logistic or related studies
• At least 1-2 year(s) of relevant working experience
• Good people managing and interpersonal skill
• Good team player and yet able to work independently
• Able to work under fast-paced environment & meet tight deadline
