Job Responsibilities
Develop full-stack, reactive web applications for deployment on desktop or cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or GCP.
Work with UX/UI designers to develop responsive front-end user interfaces using HTML, CSS, React.js or equivalent technologies.
Work with AI Engineers and Software Engineers to develop server-side applications using Python, Node.js or equivalent frameworks.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve software development productivity, code quality and engineering workflows.
Apply hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI to design and implement intelligent application features and workflows.
Integrate Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI capabilities into applications through APIs and appropriate architecture, enabling secure, scalable and maintainable intelligent features and workflows.
Work with QA engineers to develop test scripts and ensure the quality and reliability of applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and in production.
Document and communicate full-stack and AI integration designs to technical stakeholders.
Apply DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, software design and secure coding best practices.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies, tools and trends across full-stack development, Generative AI and Agentic AI.
Work closely with engagement and product managers to develop prototypes and demos for end users.
Requirements
Job Requirements
Postgraduate / Tertiary qualification in computer science, engineering, information systems or other quantitative / analytical fields.
Experience in technology development with min. 3 years of experience in delivering large-scale projects with multi-sites deployment and proven track records.
Hands-on experience with front end languages such as HTML5, CSS and JavaScript and frameworks such as React or Angular.
Hands-on experience with back-end technologies / framework such as Python, Node, Express and SQL/NoSQL Database.
Hands-on experience with test automation and CI/CD workflow.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
Experience with software development practices using Agile SCRUM or Kanban methodology.
Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and effective manner.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, team player, creative with excellent communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
Having domain knowledge in Homeland Security sector will be an added advantage.
