What The Role Is

You are responsible for leading and overseeing camera crew, allocating tasks and ensuring effective on-site coordination.

What You Will Be Working On

• Support operations, training and exercises with timely visual coverage in dynamic environments
• Oversee drone operations, ensuring operational readiness and training for aerial filming
• Manage readiness in maintenance of cameras, production equipment and filming studio
• Conduct filming and camera operations for video and photographic content
• Apply cinematography, framing, lighting and technical skills to meet production requirements
  
  Challenge(s)
• Managing multiple production projects with overlapping timelines while ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Allocating and optimising limited resources to meet critical campaign requirements without compromising standards
• Operating in dynamic environments with real-time filming constraints
• Keeping pace with evolving filming technologies and tools to enhance operational edge
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Education in Film and Video Production, Mass Communication majoring in camera/video operation, or a related field is preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in camera and filming operations
• Work independently and take initiative in managing responsibilities
• Resourceful, resilient under tight timelines, and committed to maintaining high standards for quality
• Proficiency in operating HD or equivalent broadcast cameras independently
• Intermediate editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent software
• Ability to assess filming complexity and recommend solutions
