Role Description The Ecommerce Coordinator is a contract, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for supporting and growing Grand Vin’s online estore. This role involves managing product listings and inventory on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability for all wine and glassware products. The Ecommerce Coordinator will monitor online orders, and respond to website troubleshooting to provide a positive digital buying experience. Day-to-day tasks include updating promotions and campaigns, tracking sales performance, preparing basic reports, and assisting with online merchandising and content to maintain brand consistency. The role also works closely with sales team to support initiatives like events coordination that increase traffic, conversion, and customer retention on our estore.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce knowledge and hands-on experience with online marketplaces or web stores.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with customers and internal teams.
  • Candidates should also support event initiatives like marketing collateral preparation with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for reporting, and familiarity with inventory or order management systems is an advantage.
  • A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field is preferred, and a genuine interest in wine and hospitality will be highly valued.
