Job Overview

JL Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Claims Manager to oversee claims operations, improve processes, and ensure claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily claims operations and workflow.
• Review and assess claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Lead and support the claims team in handling cases.
• Monitor claims performance, costs, and service levels.
• Identify opportunities to improve claims processes and efficiency.
• Prepare claims reports and performance analysis.
• Liaise with customers, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure claims activities follow relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Insurance, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in claims management or insurance operations.
• Good knowledge of claims processes and insurance principles.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant business systems.
