Job Description:
Assist in planning, tracking, and executing programs and projects.
Maintain and manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and documentation to ensure all milestones are achieved on time.
Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to support smooth and efficient project execution.
Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates for internal stakeholders and customers.
Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate concerns to the Manager/Director when necessary.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program processes, efficiency, and overall execution.
Ensure all program-related documentation, records, and communications are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Build and maintain good rapport with customers and external parties
Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in program or project coordination within semiconductor manufacturing or a related technical environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management tools and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on-site at
