Job Summary

Promote company products and services, identify and develop new sales opportunities, manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Promote company products and services to customers to increase sales and market presence
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop potential clients to expand the customer base
• Handle customer enquiries by providing accurate product or service recommendations tailored to customer needs
• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and close sales to achieve revenue targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely customer service delivery

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Building Materials, Construction, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or related industry
• Meticulous and organized work approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues
• Good negotiation and presentation skills to influence customer decisions and close sales
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback to continuously improve performance
• Self-motivated, proactive, positive, responsible, and professional attitude in all work interactions
• High adaptability and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
