Job Title: Frontend Engineer (React Specialist)
Type: Permanent / Contract
Experience: 6-12 years (flexible)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React (v18+) to design and build high-quality, user-centric web applications. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for UX/UI quality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate proactively with stakeholders across the organization. Experience with Angular (v16+) is a nice-to-have.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize modern frontend applications using React v18+.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Collaborate proactively with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Write reusable, scalable, and maintainable frontend components and modules.
• Ensure performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility of applications.
• Conduct code reviews and champion frontend best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues efficiently.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, reviews, retros).
• Stay updated with modern UI frameworks, trends, and best practices.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with React v18+.
• Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong appreciation for UX/UI quality and ability to deliver polished user interfaces.
• Proven ability to work proactively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with frontend state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, MobX, etc.).
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Angular v16+.
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, or UI frameworks (Material UI, Tailwind, Chakra, etc.).
• Familiarity with automated testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Frontend/UI/UX certifications are a plus.
