Hiring: AI Developer / Senior OutSystems & Full-Stack Developer

Work Mode: 100% Remote / Virtual

Contract: 1-Year Contract (Initially)

Experience: 3–5 years for AI Developer profiles; 5+ years preferred for Senior/OutSystems profiles

We are looking for an AI Developer / Full-Stack / Low-Code Developer who is passionate about using AI-driven development and coding assistants to build enterprise-grade applications rapidly.

If you have strong experience in Python, PHP, or JavaScript and are comfortable using AI tools to accelerate coding, prototyping, debugging, and application development, we would love to hear from you.

Primary Skillset

• Strong programming experience in Python OR PHP OR JavaScript

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding / Vibe Coding

• Strong Full-Stack Development experience

• Experience with OutSystems / Low-Code application development is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript

• Experience developing enterprise-grade reactive web applications

• Ability to rapidly convert business requirements into functional application prototypes

• Strong understanding of multi-layer enterprise application architecture

• Experience developing extensions, reusable libraries, and components

• Experience integrating external libraries, APIs, components, hardware or third-party tools

• Experience building responsive web and mobile applications

• Strong understanding of application logic, integrations and scalable development practices

AI / Vibe Coding Focus

The ideal candidate should be comfortable leveraging modern AI coding assistants to accelerate software development.

Experience with tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, or similar AI-powered development tools will be highly valued.

We are particularly interested in developers who can use AI effectively for:

Code generation

Rapid prototyping

Debugging & troubleshooting

Refactoring and optimization

Generating application logic

Accelerating development cycles

Building production-ready applications with appropriate engineering standards

• Develop scalable, enterprise-level web and mobile applications

• Translate business requirements into functional prototypes and production applications

• Design and implement multi-layer application architectures

• Build and customize responsive front-end experiences

• Develop extensions and reusable components for external integrations

• Integrate APIs, external libraries, third-party systems, hardware and tools

• Use AI-assisted development techniques to improve development speed and productivity

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements

• Maintain code quality, scalability, security and performance standards
