Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate architectural works with structural and M&E teams to ensure smooth project execution

Review and resolve discrepancies in drawings, specifications, and site conditions

Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on technical matters

Ensure compliance with local regulations and approved drawings

Prepare and track submissions to authorities and consultants (e.g. shop drawings, materials)

Attend site meetings, conduct inspections, and monitor progress of architectural works

Manage RFIs, technical clarifications, and drawing revisions

Ensure proper documentation and version control of all drawings

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related discipline

3–5 years of relevant experience in Construction/A &A

Familiar with local authority requirements and submission processes

Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an advantage

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and in a fast-paced site environment
