About Neighbours Coffee

Neighbours Coffee is a cozy, vibrant community café built around specialty coffee, good food, and genuine hospitality.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly Service Crew members to join our growing team in Happy Garden, Seri Gembira Avenue. Whether you have experience in F&B or are just starting out, we’d love to meet people who enjoy serving customers, working with a team, and being part of a close-knit neighbourhood café.

• Service Crew — Full-Time
• Service Crew — Part-Time

Your Role

As part of our team, you’ll:

• Welcome and serve customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Assist with clearing and cleaning tables.
• Keep the café clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Support the team with basic food and beverage preparation when needed.
• Ensure dining and service areas are properly stocked and ready for service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and café operating standards.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service, especially during busy periods.
• Help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our neighbourhood customers and regulars.

F&B or service experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. Beginners are welcome — training will be provided.
