Skills Requirement

1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Banking domain.
2. Strong expertise in troubleshooting and analyzing Fabric-related logs, including system, application, security, audit, and debugging logs.
3. Strong knowledge of GCP networking, load balancers, VPNs, hybrid cloud connectivity, IAM, security, and access management.
4. Extensive experience in Oracle technologies, including:

• SQL
• PL/SQL
• Oracle Forms
• Oracle Reports
• Performance Tuning

1. Hands-on experience in database migration projects, including DB2 to Oracle and On-Premises to Cloud migrations.
2. Expertise in Double-Take Cloud setup, replication configuration, and troubleshooting.
3. Experience working with Jira or equivalent Agile project management tools.
4. Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Unix Shell Scripting and process automation.
5. Advanced knowledge of ITRS Geneos monitoring and administration.
6. Experience in project documentation, governance reporting, and stakeholder communication.
7. Strong understanding of ITIL processes including:

• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Change Management
• Service Request Management

1. Experience supporting production applications and mission-critical business services.
2. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
4. Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments.

Good to Have

1. Hand on Ansible, or related infrastructure technologies.
2. Exposure to financial services and trading platform support environments.
3. Knowledge of Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, testing, and business continuity processes.
4. Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools.
5. Familiarity with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud architectures.
6. Experience in DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices.
