Workflow Management: Delegate tasks, set schedules, and ensure projects or daily operations are completed on time and within budget.

Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team metrics, provide constructive feedback, and conduct routine performance evaluations.

Training & Onboarding: Train new hires on job responsibilities, company culture, and standard operating procedures.

Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for staff disputes, operational bottlenecks, or client/customer complaints.

Compliance & Safety: Enforce company policies and ensure a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications Communication:
Excellent verbal and written skills to convey directives clearly and report to senior management.

Problem-Solving: Ability to make quick, rational decisions under pressure and resolve unexpected workplace challenges.
