To support the day-to-day operations of the Client's Operations Centre. The role is responsible for maintaining continuous 2-person operational coverage, site communications and supporting the overall safety and security of the facility.

- Maintain continuous Operations Centre monitoring and coordination.

- Manage operational communications and escalate incidents when required.

- Conduct roster and shift handovers effectively.

- Maintain accurate operational logs, reports and records.

- Respond to operational incidents in accordance with site procedures.

- Coordinate with the Client's management, security and emergency response teams.

- Comply with all site safety, security, confidentiality and operational procedures.
