We are seeking a Senior Executive, Technical Support to manage and support the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance. The role includes troubleshooting network issues, supporting CCTV and door access systems, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Infrastructure Management

• Manage, maintain, and support LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and other network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity or performance issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance and door access control systems.
• Ensure network availability, security, and reliability.

Network Configuration & Optimization

• Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and access points.
• Perform network optimization, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Support network upgrades and infrastructure improvement projects.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide technical support for network-related incidents and user connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Network Security & Documentation

• Implement network security controls and follow cybersecurity best practices.
• Monitor network activities and support security compliance requirements.
• Maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Prepare reports on network performance and incidents.

Vendor & Project Management

• Coordinate with network service providers and vendors for maintenance and technical support.
• Assist in IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and network integrations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time.

Minimum Qualification, Experience & Competencies:
Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in network administration, IT infrastructure support, or technical support roles.
• Experience in managing enterprise network environments and network security administration.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet, Aruba, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Technical Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, QoS, and wireless networking.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, wireless controllers, access points, and load balancers.
• Experience with network equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, HPE Aruba, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of network security concepts, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, network segmentation, and secure remote access.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as PRTG, ManageEngine, or equivalent.
• Understanding of cloud networking technologies, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, or Direct Connect.
• Experience supporting CCTV surveillance systems, door access control systems, and biometric devices.
• Knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, structured cabling, and network documentation.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
