Job Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to measure business performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, deep dive into business issues and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
• Develop and enhance reports, dashboards and data visualisations to effectively communicate business performance and analytical insights.
• Develop and enhance data products and analytical solutions to meet business and stakeholder requirements.
• Perform complex data extraction, analysis and reporting using SQL, Power BI and other relevant analytical tools.
• Collaborate with IT and relevant stakeholders in the development and enhancement of databases, data pipelines and other data solutions.
• Independently manage analytics projects and initiatives from requirements gathering through development and implementation.
• Review analytical outputs and reports to ensure data accuracy, consistency and quality.
• Identify and implement improvements and best practices in analytics, reporting and utilisation of data.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to team members and business users on data products, platforms and analytical tools.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time within the job scope.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI or other relevant data visualisation and analytical tools.
• Good understanding of databases, data structures and data pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Experience in independently handling analytics projects and working with business stakeholders.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
