岗位职责
Responsibilities
Promote and propose airside HVAC solutions to building owners, consultants, and contractors.
Drive airside sales growth and expand market penetration to increase overall market share.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Build strong business relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
Maximize account penetration, customer satisfaction, and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and develop suitable solutions for both existing and prospective customers.
Maintain and update sales forecasts accurately and in a timely manner.
Negotiate solutions and commercial value, overcome customer objections, and successfully close sales.
Differentiate the company’s solutions and position them as the preferred supplier.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of experience in engineering sales.
Experience in the HVAC industry will be an advantage.
Customer-focused with excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
