We’re Hiring: Talent Development Consultants

Do you enjoy engaging business leaders, uncovering organisational challenges and recommending solutions that create meaningful impact?

AZEO is looking for a Talent Development Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a client-facing, consultative sales role that combines talent development, solution advisory, stakeholder engagement and business growth. You will engage business owners, HR leaders and management teams to understand their workforce challenges and recommend suitable solutions.

What you’ll do:

Conduct discovery discussions to identify leadership, capability, engagement and organisational needs

Recommend talent development, leadership, team-building, employee engagement and learning solutions

Prepare and present proposals to clients and management stakeholders

Build and grow long-term client relationships

Manage opportunities, follow-ups and sales pipelines

Contribute towards sales targets

Collaborate with our Solutions, Marketing, Operations and Delivery teams

What we’re looking for:

3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate training, L&D, talent development, organisational development, HR solutions, consulting or client-facing advisory roles

Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills

Able to understand organisational challenges and translate them into practical solutions

Commercially driven and comfortable working towards performance targets

Strong ownership, resilience and follow-through

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus.

Remuneration Package: Attractive basic salary, sales commission and incentive bonus

Location: Menara K1, Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type: Full-time
