Job Title: Tenant Experience Executive
Job Type: Full time
Reports To: Tenant Experience Manager
Location: Singapore
Working hours: Rotating days and hours
What you’ll be doing:
Facilitating a warm and welcoming check-in, particularly on weekends
Assisting tenants with any general issues they might have to make their stay more comfortable
To be a liaison for maintenance issues between the tetants and the appropriate departments/contractors
Handling and resolving flatmate conflicts and related issues
Redress any grievances a tenant might have using means available
Assist in planning and executing exciting community events
Liaising with the property owner or representative when necessary
Keep constant communications with all stakeholders and regularly check in on the tenant's wellbeing
Any other duties that contribute to a better experience for our tenants as necessary
Perform the Inventory checks after a tenant checks out
What makes you a great fit:
A diploma in any field (service related is a bonus)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
Experience working in an early-stage start-up
Experience in the hospitality industry (preferable)
