Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in Subcontractor (Subcon) Management.
• Strong Capacity Planning experience.
• Experience in Forecasting / Production Planning.
• Strong Excel skills / Excel expert.
• Experience in Supplier / Stakeholder Management.
• Semiconductor / OSAT experience is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors’ capacity and commitment to ensure delivery fulfilment.
• Support the setup of new subcontractor sites according to supply chain requirements.
• Drive subcontractors to achieve planning KPI targets.
• Manage long-term forecasts and scenario planning.
• Review and optimize capacity allocation between subcontractors.
• Support new product and make-or-buy decisions.
• Manage near-term and mid-term production planning.
• Identify capacity bottlenecks and update capacity in the planning system.
• Perform quarterly loading rationalization to optimize cost.
• Manage and escalate capacity issues at subcontractors.
• Optimize consigned capacity.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Work with internal stakeholders on production allocation and planning.
• Support supply chain improvement projects, especially in planning.
• Prepare reports on subcon capacity, demand vs forecast, and volume trends.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
