The role involves supervising building and infrastructure projects.
Job Requirements
- The Resident Technical Officer (RTO) shall possess a Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS), or an equivalent qualification.
- Must be accredited by and registered with IES and/or ACES, with a minimum of
three (3) years of relevant experience in
supervising deep excavation and/or basement works.
- Carry out full-time supervision of construction works in compliance with
BCA regulations
, contractual requirements, and the instructions of the Resident Engineer.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure that all works and materials used comply with approved specifications, codes of practice, standards, and relevant regulations.
- Perform any other project-related duties as assigned by the Resident Engineer and supervise all works to ensure full compliance with contractual obligations.
- Prior experience with
HDB, CAG, or MRT projects
will be an added advantage.
