ISLAND-WIDE LOCATIONS

Working Hours & Salary:
• 7am-4pm/ 7.30am-4.30pm (OT required based on production needs)
• 5-6 days work week
• Gross salary up to $3,400/month (Commensurate based on experience)

Job Duties:
• Handle daily baking and production of bread products according to established recipes and standards.
• Independently manage baking operations and ensure consistency in product quality and appearance.
• Work with frozen dough including thawing, proofing and baking according to guidelines. 
• Monitor oven temperatures, baking time and product quality. 
• Prepare and arrange bread products for display and sale. 
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery, equipment and work areas. 
• Support the team with other bakery duties when required. 

Job Requirements:
• SINGAPOREANS ONLY
• Relevant bakery experience, preferably with experience in bread production. 
• No prior experience are also welcome to apply; training will be provided!
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods, working in a humid environment and handle moderate physical work. 
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
