Key Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare dishes using standard recipes
• Oversee station mise en place and daily kitchen flow
• Supervise, train, and guide junior kitchen crew
• Monitor food taste, presentation, and portion sizes
• Check inventory levels and store goods properly
• Follow local food safety and hygiene rules 

Job Requirements

• 3 or more years of cooking experience
• Good knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Basic leadership and team skills
• Flexibility for shift and weekend work
