The Operations Manager at Essensuals Orchard, the Singapore flagship of TONI&GUY, oversees
daily salon operations to ensure efficiency, high service standards, and exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities include managing staff, schedules, inventory, and operational documentation, while
supporting the delivery of bespoke styles, treatments, and color services. The role also involves
analyzing performance, optimizing processes, and implementing improvements, requiring strong
leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for excellence in line with the brand’s commitment to
modern beauty.
Technical Skills and Competencies:
1. Oversee day-to-day salon activities, ensuring smooth workflow and operational
efficiency.
2. Maintain high standards of service quality and client satisfaction.
3. Manage staff schedules, attendance, and task delegation.
4. Monitor and maintain stock levels of haircare products, tools, and supplies.
5. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment and cost efficiency.
6. Ensure consistent, premium experiences for all clients.
7. Prepare and maintain reports on sales, inventory, staff performance, and operational
procedures.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
9. Analyze business performance to identify areas for improvement.
10. Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and overall
business growth.
11. Uphold the Essensuals Orchard brand values and TONI&GUY’s global standards in
every aspect of operations.
12. Ensure the salon reflects the brand’s commitment to innovation, artistry, and modern
beauty trends.
