Key Responsibilities
Site Management:
Oversee daily construction activities and monitor work progress to match project schedules.
Safety Enforcement:
Ensure all on-site personnel follow health and safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Coordination:
Act as the link between workers, subcontractors, project managers, and architects.
Quality Control:
Inspect materials, equipment, and finished work to meet project specifications.
Problem Solving:
Resolve on-site disputes, delays, or logistical issues quickly.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate site logs, attendance records, and progress reports for stakeholders.
