Key Responsibilities

• Execute various learning and development programs, ensuring effective coordination of scheduling, enrolment, stakeholder communications, and reporting.

• Maintain and administer learning platforms, evaluate learning solutions by data analysis, and monitor learning effectiveness and participation to support organizational capability building.

• Provide logistic support for talent development initiatives.

• Manage external learning and event partners, overseeing vendor selection and performance to ensure quality and value.

• Develop and implement employee engagement, wellbeing, and recreational initiatives that foster collaboration, connection, and a positive workplace culture within the Regional Office.

• Champion diversity and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace culture while strengthening the organization's social impact.

• Gather and analyze employee feedback and engagement insights to identify trends, recommend improvements, and enhance the overall employee experience.

Who we are looking for

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred

• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in MNC

• A proactive, accountable mindset — you take ownership and enjoy trying something new

• Outgoing, agile, and able to perform effectively under pressure.

• Excellent command of both written & spoken in English

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Visual communication or design skills a plus
