Director, AML Compliance
My client is a top tier global financial services, at this position you would be leading the effective implementation risk and compliance programmes
I am seeking for a Financial Crime Compliance expert who is interested to expand their scope into sales/conduct/product compliance
- Be an SME on FCC matter. Lead establishment and revamption of FCC framework including but not limited to AML, ABC, Market Conduct, Sanctions, Fraud Risk, Investigation, KYC/CFT, etc.
- Provide advisory on SOW/SOF/CDD/EDD/PEPs and high-risk customer onboarding.
- Conduct thematic reviews and investigations relating to FCC. Support escalation and reporting where required.
- Be contact person for distribution and product compliance. Support the implementation of these frameworks
- Ensure all compliance framework (FCC + RC) aligned with regional and regulators requirement
- Gather and evaluate regulatory updates and ensure business are aware of the new trends on risk that impact business growth
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, standards and governance documentation supporting compliance requirements
- Prepare risk and compliance reports, dashboards and management information for Senior Management, Committees and the Board
- Support regulatory submissions and filings and other regulatory reporting requirements
- Advice and monitor remediation after investigations
Requirements
- Degree holders
- 10+ years experience on FCC/AML/CDD/EDD in bank, security, private bank, insurance, or wealth management experience preferred
- Regulatory compliance knowledge - includinging FATCA/CRS/sales compliance/cross-border distribution activities
- Proven record in establishing, implementing and overseeing compliance (FCC + RC) frameworks
- 2.5 line experience preferred (compliance monitoring, assurance testing, RCM, governance reporting)
