Job Description & Requirements
Key responsibilities of a sales manager

• Managing sales targets, pipelines, and forecasting
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
• Develop consultative selling methods to identify clients' needs.
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Ability to inspire staff and manage diverse personalities.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Establishing sales and revenue quotas and monitoring the performance of sales staff
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior management.
• Management and leadership skills
• Creating and implementing a sales plan
• Strong communication skills
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
